Funding Priorities
We focus our foundation and corporate giving on:
- Education
• Higher education, vocational/technical, youth/adult leadership development
- Human Services
• Providing basic needs (e.g., food, clothing, housing, education, transportation, childcare)
• Developing basic skills (e.g., GED, ESL, literacy, parenting, youth development)
• Encouraging self-sufficiency (e.g., employment procurement/job training, vocational rehabilitation)
• Promoting sustained, long-term change

Funding Consideration
G&K Services Foundation considers single-year grant requests. All requests must be submitted in writing. We make contributions only in those communities where G&K conducts business and where its employees live and work.
Proposal Timeline
G&K Services Foundation accepts and reviews proposals once a year. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. CST, on January 15. Grant notification and distribution will generally occur by June 30. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications should be mailed to:
